Biennial conference
Every two years, the renowned "Textiles from the Nile Valley" conference, organized by Dr. Cäcilia Fluck, Dr. Petra Linscheid and Prof. Dr. Antoine De Moor, takes place in the Katoen Natie HeadquARTers. The international research group, consisting of scientists, curators, textile conservators and analysts, presents the most recent developments in the field of archaeological textiles, with a focus on finds from the 1st millennium AD from Egypt and its neighbouring countries.
